The Story

In Shape Mummy is a young brand that positioned itself in the supplement space of new mothers. Lisa, the founder, was operating her business entirely by herself and partnered with us to take her business to the next level. She had only partnered with a Google ads specialist in the past, and had no prior experience running FB ads with an agency beforehand. She needed expertise on positioning her product in the space where credibility and brand trust were crucial. Through proper branding, targeting, and creative production, we were able to scale her business to new levels. We were able to achieve record-breaking milestones for her business. She is now expanding to the USA and working with us to keep her brand hitting new heights.

The Goal

Our main priority was getting In Shape Mummy more market share, as a relatively new brand, Lisa struggled with getting her brand to more people. Facebook wasn’t a main priority in the past, so we decided to build a solid rock-tight angle that her target audience could not resist. We brainstormed creative angles that followed through with our targeting such as building up testimonials, showcasing them in a creative design that would hook immediately, and retaining customers through sales and community engagement in the backend.

Our main priority was to build her loyal customer base as Lisa had an extremely good returning customer rate. With a combination of top of funnel strategies and campaign formulation, we were able to get Lisa many more customers at the most efficient cost per acquisition.
