We provide exceptional service never com-promising our core values of clear transpar-ent communication, maintaining integrity when others in the industry don’t while adopt-ing and employing the latest up-to-date tech-nologies and methodologies. We have an in-house team of 20 full-time staff and an external team comprising of 22 con-tractors, freelancers, and consultants across the globe. All of them are important key play-ers in ensuring the smooth flow of our daily operations.

How We Flow

We hold an “All-in-team digital meeting” on Mondays for all teams, both internal and external, to participate. We discuss the previous week’s events and the following week that will be. This is an opportunity for everyone to see each others’ faces and express their views and/or opinions on top-level topics. In addition, this provides a more personal and humanise connection across the fast-paced and on-screen technology in the digital community.

Throughout the week we hold inter-depart-mental meetings for heads of departments to connect, discuss, and ensure KPIs are being delivered and achieved. Once a week, the CEO meets with the COO to provide feedback from inter-departmental meetings and discuss topline strategic implementations. The CEO establishes the company’s vision while the COO provides the integration of that vision to the rest of the organisation.

Quarterly, the whole team will review the DSP Vivid Vision to ensure we are on track and to take an inventory of what has been achieved and to celebrate successes. This is a detailed check-and-balance routine to make sure everything is in place, to aim for continuous improvement, and to strategise new approaches if needed.

Annually, we will hold a “workation” in exciting and inspirational locations to discuss strategies for the following year, provide additional training to both heads of depart-ments and individual team members. Most importantly, the workation will be a great opportunity to build on working relationships, increase comradery while further creating the company culture for both internal and external teams

Our Team & Operations

Our team consists of 16 full-time media buyers divided across managing both Facebook and Google ads plat-forms for our clients, with two experienced team lead-ers that oversee both departments ensuring KPIs are met, the team is adhering to standardised practices, and team culture is maintained.

We have two full-time developers, one being in-house and the other external which allows us to keep smooth & consistent operations across all technology stacks. They are in charge of our clients’ development work as well.

Our creative team consists of a creative director, two graphic and web designers, one video content creator, one video editor, and two copywriters. Our copywriters are experienced in both direct response advertising and content writing. The creative team is responsible for the conceptualization, creation, and delivery of all the creative content required for DSP and its clients.

The operations team consists of four full-time out-bound marketing department that continually drive new leads, nurtures existing prospects, and keep our sales pipeline filled with high-quality pros-pects. Their expertise in lead generation is a game-changer in both maintaining and increasing our conversion rates.

TEAM WORK MAKES THE WORK VIVID VISION WORK

We have four A-player closers that convert at a minimum of 50% close rate, delivering DSP continual new clients to where we can help their business grow and facilitate scale with our company’s collaborative work. Our A-player closers apply efficient strategies without the need for aggressive hard-selling tactics because persuasion is their strength. To ensure that all delegated tasks are com-pleted on time and at a level of quality that reflects our company work ethics, we have two project managers in the trenches daily.

Our project managers have an independent overall perspective in regularly checking every detail of the work to be done.

DSP has four account managers who facilitate clear and transparent communication between our internal team and clients. They ensure that no information, recommendations, reports, and feedback will be missed from both ends and will be smoothly relayed vice versa

Our executive team comprises the CEO, COO, CFO, and CMO. Each of these executive heads contributes their expertise and extensive expe-rience to their specific department and have team leads report to them regularly.

The Digital Sucker Punch headquarters is a commercial industrial building renovated to showcase the modern, hip, and trendy inspiration in its architectural touches. The compa-ny, an eCommerce specific digital marketing agency, proudly displays the headquarter’s harmonious colour scheme of red, white, and black symbolising confidence and authority.

Upper Level

Lower Level

Digital Sucker Punch supplementary service offers an eCommerce specific third-party logistics (3PL) under the trading name – Oz Ecom Fulfilment, to create an efficient fusion of marketing and logistics services and pro-vide convenient “one-stop sales” for clients’ needs of acquisition and fulfilment. The lower level is a wide warehouse area for the consignment of clients’ products who want to expand their market reach in Australia and South East Asia region.

The downstairs area has colossal space for the floor-to-ceiling shelving that products can be stacked only by operating electric pallet racks. The seamless plug-and-play software integration is in place for delivering the clients’ 3PL needs and requirements. No need anymore for another eCommerce site as clients can simply connect their existing ones to DSP’s system.

The scannable inventory management will be strictly maintained to cut down the process-ing time for accurately checking every client’s product. There are different iPad order man-agement pick-and-pack fulfilment stations on the lower level to give customised solutions for clients’ requests as to how they want their packaging to be done.

The founders of Digital Sucker Punch are advocates of health and wellness, hence, the industri-al style warehouse gym is for promoting and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle and for the company’s team fitness regimes.

The gym comprises of a variety of compound and isolated weight lifting equipment and callis-thenics training bars. This is also to provide the team members, affiliates of DSP, local resi-dents, and other fitness enthusiasts a fitness centre to train and network with each other.
